Due to the personalized, digital, and time intensive nature of astrology readings and spiritual services, all sales are final. Once a reading, report, or digital offering has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

Please ensure that all information submitted at checkout, including birth date, birth time, birth location, and email address, is accurate before completing your purchase. The Witches Boutique is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Astrology readings, spiritual guidance, and ritual based content are created individually for each client and require dedicated preparation, research, interpretation, and energetic labor. Because of this, completed services and delivered digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you experience an issue with your order, have not received your delivery within the stated timeframe, or believe there has been an error, please contact us at hello@thewitchesboutique.com and we will do our best to assist you.
